TCL 55" TV Constant Failures

On May 28th, I purchased a 55" television from Ankamall Media Markt based on the salesperson's positive comments about the TCL brand and the assurance that Bilkom would stand behind it, ensuring I wouldn't be left in the lurch if any problems arose. Three weeks later, however, a vertical green line appeared on the screen. TCL support directed me to System Elektronik for repairs after I contacted them. The real problems began after the TV was delivered. Between System Elektronik and Bilkom, I experienced constant delays, a lack of communication, and a never-ending roundabout. Despite my repeated requests for status updates on my TV, no one seemed to care. When they finally returned the TV, claiming to have replaced the panel, I was disappointed to discover that the pixel issues had not been resolved.
