TCL TV Warranty Saga

I purchased a TCL TV with a guarantee from Bilkom about a month ago. Unfortunately, it failed, so I contacted Bilkom customer service and had the device shipped to an authorized service center. The service center requested a replacement part from Bilkom the very next day (June 21). We've been waiting for that elusive spare part from Bilkom for over a month now. They first claimed that the parcel containing the part had been dropped and broken (! ), and then they claimed that the warehouse is no longer releasing shipments (!). The available part has now been sitting for 5 days, awaiting delivery to the service center. Throughout this frustrating ordeal, I've called Bilkom and the service center numerous times. Is it fair for me to go through all of this? Bilkom has given me the worst customer service experience I've ever had. This entire process has been riddled with deception and uncertainty. Bilkom has been a complete disappointment for me from start to finish."
