TCL 55C715 TV Endless Problems And Poor Service Support in Turkey
The TCL brand 55C715 model TV, which I bought when it was just released at the end of 2020, has been causing problems since the day I bought it. I bought TCL TV, which is a best-selling and preferred TV brand in the USA and Canada, with confidence when I saw that it started to be sold in Turkey. However, after buying it, I learned that the TVs sold in our country do not have the same hardware as those sold in North America. When I encountered the problems of buying it with a 2+3 year warranty option, I realized how correct it was. I requested service 8-10 times for the TV I have been using for 3 years. Each time the service came, it updated the Android TV software (available on the service forms), but the problems continued. The last problem I had was that the TV could not be turned on from the remote control (it was fixed when we unplugged and plugged it in). While making the request, I told the customer representative about the troubled process I had been going through with the TV from the beginning. However, after waiting 10 days for the service to arrive, I received a notification and a blank form that the request was closed as if the service had arrived. This indifference and lack of seriousness forced me to write on this platform. I demand that the problem with this problematic TV be resolved in the form of return, exchange, etc. Otherwise, I inform you, Bilkom officials, that I will follow the entire legal process starting from the Consumer Arbitration Committee. You can find the invoice of the TV and service forms (some of them are not available here because they do not have printouts) in the attachment.
