My Target Online Order is Lost in Transit
I purchased a new Frigidaire Nugget Ice Maker from Target for my spouse as a New Year's gift. The delivery was scheduled for December 31st, but it never happened. In fact, they have yet to deliver it, and they have informed me that I have the option to cancel the order. I've battled with customer service several times about why my stuff hasn't arrived yet. Each time, a different representative was there, but they all had one thing in common: they were unable to resolve the issue and were nasty to customers. Our final call was yesterday, and when customer representative Nancy was unable to address my questions, she hung up on me. They have not been respectful or solution-oriented recently.
