My Taotronics P10 Pro Right Earbud Not Working, Seeking Support

I've been using Taotronics P10 Pro headphones for about 4 or 5 years and have been very pleased with every model I've purchased. I've never altered my mind; in fact, I had the opportunity to test numerous brands of Bluetooth or wired headphones, including well-known ones, before discovering Taotronics. I was also a long-time user of Sony wired headphones. I recently got the Taotronics P10 Pro and have been using it for around two years. The sound and construction quality are excellent, but for the past two weeks, the right earpiece has not worked. When I set it in the charging case, it makes a faint 'click click' sound and attempts to charge, but it does not appear to be charging effectively. I've tried resetting almost everything mentioned online, but I want to bring it in for service and can't find a contact. If I could find the same model again, I would buy it without hesitation, however the P10 Pro is no longer available for purchase. Despite the unfortunate situation, I am really pleased with the sound quality, usefulness, and build quality. I'm not sure how to contact the company's agent in Turkey, but I'm hoping that Xolvie can help strengthen the company's operations in Turkey.
