My Taotronics Headset Doesn't Work And No Technical Service

As a headphone user, I've been a Taotronics user for about 4 or 5 years now, and I've been very happy with every model I've bought. I never changed my preference, in fact, until I met Taotronic, I had the chance to test most brands' BT or wired headphones, including famous brands, and I was even a Sony wired headphone user for a long time. Finally, I bought Taotronics P10 Pro and I have been using it for about two years. It is a very successful model with sound and material quality, but for the last two weeks, the right earphone has not been working, when I put it in the container, when charging, I hear a very low click click click sound and I think it is not charging. I've tried resetting and almost every article on the internet, I want to send it to service but I can't find an interlocutor. If I could find the same model, I would buy it again without hesitation, but the P10 Pro model is not for sale. Even though I faced a really negative situation, I was very happy with the sound quality, usage and material quality. I don't know if I can reach the company, but I hope that thanks to Xolvie, it will be a reason to strengthen the Turkish side of the company.
