Taotronics Soundliberty A10 Charging Issues – Right and Left Earbuds Not Working

I’ve had my Taotronics Soundliberty A10 earbuds for about a year, and the problems keep piling up. First, the right earbud stopped working—it wouldn’t charge or connect properly. I managed to get by using just the left earbud, but then things got worse. Even when I put the earbuds back in their case, the connection wouldn’t disconnect, and they stayed connected on their own. Now, the left earbud has stopped charging altogether. I’m incredibly frustrated with the poor quality and malfunctioning of these earbuds. I need Taotronics to address these charging and connection issues immediately and offer a solution, whether it’s a replacement or a full refund.
