Tango Withdrawal Error Returns $90 to Account Repeatedly

I am unable to withdraw funds from my Tango app account to Yapı Kredi Bank. I currently have $90 accumulated in my account that has been pending for months. I was previously able to withdraw funds without any issues using a different Yapı Kredi account, but now I consistently receive a bank error when trying to withdraw.
Because of this issue, I opened a brand-new Yapı Kredi bank account in my own name and redirected the withdrawal to this new account. Despite this, every withdrawal attempt results in a message saying, “Your withdrawal has been reversed, the funds have been returned to your Tango account, please contact your bank,” and the transaction does not go through. For about three days, every withdrawal request I make is canceled and the money is returned to my Tango account.
I tried to get help through the Help Center, but no clear solution was provided. I was also not given any information about how to contact the support team directly. I am requesting that the $90 pending in my account be transferred smoothly to my newly opened Yapı Kredi bank account as soon as possible, and that the necessary support be provided to permanently resolve this issue.
