I Face Ongoing Errors When Removing Yapı Kredi Bank Link From Tango App

I'm trying to disconnect my Yapı Kredi Bank account from the Tango mobile app, but every time I attempt the removal, I get the same error message: “Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later.” This isn’t a one-time issue—it has happened during multiple attempts in the past, and the app still won’t allow me to unlink my bank account.
Since this morning, I’ve tried countless times, but the error persists. On top of that, the in-app support system isn’t working either. I tried messaging customer service, but my messages won’t send, and I haven’t received any reply or acknowledgment. I feel completely stuck and ignored.
I am extremely frustrated that my personal banking information remains linked despite repeated efforts to remove it. I expect Tango to resolve this issue urgently and fully disconnect my Yapı Kredi account from their system. This situation is unacceptable and must be addressed immediately.
Progress
On July 22 at 20:19, I transferred diamonds worth 75 dollars to my account on the Tango app via Airwallex. Although four days have passed, the diamonds have not been credited to my account. Despite contacting both Airwallex and Tango customer service after the transaction, I have not received any response and my grievance continues.
I request that the relevant amount be credited to my account as diamonds or that my payment be refunded. I kindly ask for my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
