I Sent $75 to My Own Tango Live Account But Didn’t Receive the Balance

On July 22, I transferred $75 via Yapı Kredi Bank to purchase gifts for my Tango Live account. I used the correct IBAN: TR59****************13 and completed the transfer successfully. However, the funds have not been credited to my account on the app, and the balance remains unchanged.
What’s most frustrating is that I’ve used the exact same process before to send money to another Tango Live account, and it worked without issues. But now, sending funds to my own account has led to a serious delay and zero resolution.
I reached out to Tango Live support, expecting quick assistance, but I have yet to receive any helpful response or explanation. I’m now stuck, having paid ₺ without getting the service I paid for.
I demand that Tango Live immediately credit the $75 to my account or provide a clear timeline for resolution. This is unacceptable for a platform that handles financial transactions. I should not have to chase down my own money after using their official payment method.
