I Withdrew $23.82 on Tango but Never Received It—Support Is Useless


I initiated a withdrawal of $23.82 on Tango, and the next day I received a message saying, “Congratulations, your money has been converted to cash.” But when I checked my account—there was nothing. No balance, no transaction, nothing.
I worked hard to earn that money, and now it feels like it vanished into thin air. What’s worse is the so-called support system. It’s a joke. I tried to get help but all they offer is a list of 4–5 irrelevant options—no live agent, no real support, no solution. What’s the point of having a support section if it doesn’t actually support users?
Tango, this is unacceptable. You need to investigate and return my money immediately. If I don’t hear back soon, I will escalate this issue to every consumer protection authority I can reach. Fix this now—I’m tired of being ignored.




Tango is becoming a place full of dishonest behavior. Sometimes it even feels like the app itself is unfair — they suspend your account without explanation and don’t respond or return the coins you’ve paid for. No matter how many emails you send, you won’t get a reply. Their customer service is very unhelpful. I don’t recommend using this app, as it can lead to a frustrating experience. I’ve reported it as inappropriate because it doesn’t function the way a proper app should. If you’ve had a similar experience, please consider reporting it to Google.
