Tango Live Gift Scam – 14,997 Coins Lost to Broadcaster

I am filing a complaint about a broadcaster on Tango Live for suspected deceptive gift solicitation and requesting an investigation into the gifts and coins I lost. My Tango username is @storm-tiger-234***. The broadcaster’s username is @ky***eesnowwww and her display name is Snow. I was using Tango Live on the web, and the incident took place on July 16, 2026. During her live stream, Snow repeatedly promised that she would give me a private video call and a private performance if I sent her expensive Tango gifts. Relying on these promises, I sent her one gift worth 5,999 coins, a second gift worth 5,999 coins, and one gift worth 2,999 coins, for a total of 14,997 Tango coins. After receiving these gifts, she did not provide the promised private video call or performance. Instead, she continued to ask me for more gifts and coins. This situation went on for hours as I argued with her and insisted that she keep her promise. I repeatedly told her that I would not send more gifts and asked her to return my coins, but she refused and ignored my requests. We also chatted about in‑app gifts, what she owed me, and her request that I move the conversation to Telegram. In later conversations I reminded her of the gifts and coins she owed me and clearly told her that I would report the situation to Tango if she did not resolve it. I am attaching multiple screenshots showing the Tango chat, the discussion about gifts and coins, my requests for my coins to be returned, my reminders of her debt, and our other related conversations. I believe this behavior is misleading and abusive toward users who spend real money on Tango coins with the expectation that streamers will honor their commitments. I request that Tango Support thoroughly investigate this broadcaster’s behavior and the gifts I sent, and that my 14,997 Tango coins be refunded or otherwise compensated. I also ask that appropriate action be taken against this broadcaster if a violation of Tango’s rules is confirmed so that other users are not similarly deceived.
