Request for Investigation Into Tango Live Stream Fraud

I would like to file a complaint about the Tango user @durulaynss. On January 29, 2026, I entered the app and this user promised entertainment and certain content in exchange for gifts during their live broadcast. After receiving gifts, the user abruptly left the stream and has not returned to the app since that date. Many other viewers in the live stream that day were similarly affected.

I am using the app from Turkey and request that Tango investigate this account’s behavior. Since the user collected gifts without delivering the promised content and then abandoned the stream, I ask that appropriate action be taken against this member and, if necessary, that the account be suspended or permanently closed.
