I Face Harassment and Fraud on Tango Live

On October 16, 2025, between 00:53 and 00:55, I joined a live stream on the Tango Live app from my Android phone. During the stream, I sent gifts worth a total of ₺211.80 (two transactions of ₺105.90 each, approximately 500 coins) to the user @alisa82 in exchange for a video. However, immediately after sending the gifts, I was removed from the broadcast and blocked.

When I joined the same stream again using another account, I was insulted and verbally harassed by the same user.

I request that the issue be investigated and my loss be compensated. My account details are as follows:

This is the first time I’ve experienced such a situation, and I have not previously contacted customer support. Because of the injustice I experienced, I am not requesting coin refunds, but rather a full refund of the ₺211.80 payment directly to my bank account.
