Tango Live Should Take Action Against Gift Fraud

Today on the Tango Live app, I am filing a complaint regarding an incident that occurred about half an hour before a live broadcast. I entered the live stream of a broadcaster named “za*”** and sent gifts worth approximately $12 USD. I completed the payment by purchasing and sending the gifts using my own debit card.
Immediately after receiving the money and the gifts, the broadcaster blocked me from the live stream, and I have been unable to contact them since. I believe this behavior is clearly malicious and intended to deceive users.
I am requesting that Tango Live investigate this incident, refund the amount I sent, and shut down the account named “za*”** to prevent this person from victimizing other users as well.
