I purchased a ₺185 product through Tango’s website, but I never received what I paid for. I have already provided proof of purchase, and you can check the transaction details yourself.

I request that the product be credited to my account immediately and that my privacy be protected. This situation needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

If this issue is not fixed, I will be forced to file an official complaint. Tango, I expect proper customer service and a prompt refund or delivery of my purchase! Please take action before this escalates further. Waiting for your response!
