Tango Broadcaster Blocked Me After I Sent Pearls and I Can’t Get a Refund

I made a purchase on Tango and sent pearls to a broadcaster during a live stream. Right after receiving them, the broadcaster cut off communication and blocked me. I was left with no explanation and no way to resolve the situation directly.
This is completely unfair and feels like a scam, especially since I spent real money (₺) on that interaction. I contacted Tango to request a refund for the pearls I sent, but so far, I’ve received no response or support.
If I don’t get my money back, I will be forced to file an official complaint and publicly report what happened.
Tango, I’m asking you to resolve this issue immediately by refunding the amount I spent or taking action against the broadcaster who misused your platform. Ignoring cases like this only damages trust in your app.
