My Tango account was disabled on 05/07/2026 through my phone, and I started receiving a warning saying, “your device has been blocked.” My account was registered with the email address y**************@gmail.com. Because of this warning, I am currently unable to use the app at all or log into my account.
I tried contacting the Tango support team regarding this issue, but I have not received any response, and my problem remains unresolved. No additional reason or detailed explanation was provided to me regarding this restriction.
I request that Tango remove the device ban associated with my account and restore my account access so I can use the application normally again without any issues.
