Tango Account Banned Without Warning, Device Access Blocked
Today, my Tango account was suddenly suspended through the app, and the system now shows that my device has been blocked, even though I have not violated any rules or used the service inappropriately.
I did not receive any prior warning, detailed reason, or official notification explaining this decision, and I am now unable to use my account or device normally.
I attempted to contact Tango support, but I have not received any response so far, which makes the situation even more concerning and inconvenient.
I request that Tango provide a clear and detailed explanation of why my account was suspended and why my device has been blocked, including which specific rule or policy was allegedly violated. If this action was taken in error, I ask that the suspension and device block be removed as soon as possible.
