Can’t Log Into Tango Live After Sudden Account Suspension

My regular user account on the Tango Live app, username @goodcat-117115, which I used on iOS (iPhone), was suddenly suspended on February 1, 2026, without any explanation. Since that date, I have been unable to access my account. I cannot log in or use my account in any way.

My account contains important personal data, private messages, my contact list, and account settings. For this reason, losing access has caused me serious concern regarding both security and my personal information. My account is associated with the email address s************@icloud.com.

I have contacted Tango support multiple times via email, Instagram, and Twitter regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. No explanation has been provided about the reason for the suspension, nor have I been informed about the status of my account.

I am requesting that my account be reinstated as soon as possible and that my access be restored. I also request a clear, written explanation regarding the reason for the suspension and that the necessary reviews be conducted to resolve my issue.
