Requesting Account Reinstatement After Unexplained Tango Device Ban
My Tango account associated with the email address e**********@gmail.com** was blocked at the device level on January 14, 2026, without any stated reason and without any prior warning. While I was using my account normally, my access was suddenly restricted, and no explanation was provided.
I have received no notification, justification, or response regarding this action—either through the app or by email. Prior to this, I had never received any warning about a rule violation on my account.
I am requesting that my Tango account and device access be reviewed and reinstated as soon as possible. If there is any reason for this action, I ask that it be clearly and explicitly explained to me in writing.
