Tango App Keeps Declining My Credit Card Payment

For approximately seven days, I have been trying to make a payment in the Tango app using my Yapı Kredi card, but the transaction is rejected every time. The app displays a message saying “Your payment was declined, please contact your bank,” and the payment does not go through.
Even though the notification suggests that the issue is related to the bank, I have been unable to reach live support or an authorized representative. I only receive automated responses from a virtual bot, and no concrete solution or clear explanation has been provided.
I am requesting that my payment with my Yapı Kredi card be approved in the Tango app, and that I be given a clear, written explanation regarding why banks are causing this issue and what needs to be done to resolve it.
