“Withdrawal Rejected, Account Under Review. Contact Tango Team” Error
I am a host on the Tango live streaming app and I have been trying to withdraw my earnings to my Nigerian bank account, but my withdrawal requests keep getting rejected without any resolution from your side. The app shows the message “Withdrawal rejected, account under review. Contact Tango Team” and this has been happening since last month, including my most recent attempt yesterday. I contacted Tango support as instructed and was told that my account is under review, that your team is working on it, and that I should continue streaming. Despite this, nothing has changed, my withdrawals are still being rejected, and there has been no clear update or time frame. This situation is very frustrating because I am actively streaming and earning on the platform but cannot access my own money. I kindly request that my account review be completed as soon as possible and that my withdrawal to my Nigerian bank account be approved without further delay, or that I am given a clear and detailed explanation of the issue and what needs to be done to resolve it.
