I Haven’t Received My Money from Tango Live—Still Waiting with No Solution

I’ve been waiting for days to receive a ₺303 payment from Tango Live, and the money still hasn’t arrived in my account. I contacted my bank to ask if there were any issues on their end, and they confirmed there are no problems whatsoever. They advised me that the issue is likely with the sending bank or platform, and that it needs to be investigated from that side.
I’ve been left in complete uncertainty, with no update or explanation. I’ve tried reaching out for help, but I feel completely ignored. Why am I being forced to wait this long for a payment that should have been processed promptly?
