I Paid for Tango 500 Followers Package on Bayiavm But Did Not Receive Delivery
On August 9, 2025, at 22:54, I purchased a 500 followers package for Tango through Bayiavm, paying 850₺ with my credit card. My order number is TR8866470959. At the time of purchase, it was clearly stated that the followers would be delivered within 0–24 hours. However, even after more than 24 hours passed, my account has not received any of the followers I paid for.
To resolve the issue, I contacted customer service. Their only response was, “I am requesting speed for your order”, but nothing changed. When I followed up again, I received no further replies. This was my first time using this service, and I have never experienced such a problem before.
I am requesting that the 500 followers package I paid for be delivered to my Tango account immediately and in full. If the service cannot be fulfilled, I expect an immediate refund of the 850₺ I spent. Customers should not be left waiting with no proper support after paying for a service that was promised within a set timeframe.
