Tango Hasn’t Sent My Withdrawal After 10 Days and There’s No Support

Hello, I submitted a withdrawal request on Tango, but the money still hasn’t reached my mobile bank account, even though it's been almost 10 days. Other users say it usually arrives within three days, so why is mine delayed with no explanation?
What’s worse is that there’s no one to contact—no proper support, no real help. I try to log in and get constant errors. When I attempt to connect with support, I’m just given a broken link that leads to another error. There’s literally nowhere to turn for answers.
Now I’m also being told I need to fill out a tax form, but everything is in English, and I don’t speak English. I can’t even figure out how to complete it properly, and no one is helping.
