My Tango account was suspended when I was just ₺35,000 away from earning 1 million coins. Along with the suspension, I received a device ban. I bought a new phone and opened a new account, but the same thing happened again. In just one week, five of my accounts were banned—all with device bans.
I haven’t done anything wrong. I’ve only done chat broadcasting, nothing inappropriate or against the rules. Yet I see people behaving in clearly inappropriate ways, and their accounts stay active while mine get banned. This is a double standard, and it's unfair to broadcasters who follow the rules.
One of my supporters withdrew their support—that’s beyond my control. But suddenly, my accounts were shut down, and I lost over ₺1,000 in total, including balances of $200 and $63 on separate accounts. I submitted my ID when requested by support, but I still wasn’t allowed to withdraw my money.
Tango, I demand an official explanation and the immediate return of my funds. I will be filing a formal complaint. This is not just poor service—it’s outright financial loss due to unexplained and unfair bans. Respect your users and stop silencing innocent creators.
