I was scheduled to fly with Tailwind Airlines from Istanbul to Sharm El Sheikh on 20.07.2024 at 07:00. The flight was first delayed to 20:15, then 22:15, and finally to 23:15. Throughout these delays, I received no updates or communication from the airline, nor any attempt to address my inconvenience. At the B44 counter, an agent informed passengers that taxi fares would be covered for those staying within Istanbul, and that they could use taxis for transportation. However, I couldn’t find any contact to claim the taxi fare, and I sent an email to what I believed was a Tailwind address but received no response. I am highly dissatisfied with the lack of communication and support from Tailwind Airlines regarding this matter and request that my compensation be addressed immediately.
