My Tailwind Airlines flight, which was supposed to depart at 07:00 on 20.07.2024, was delayed for nearly 16 hours, leaving us stranded in Sharm El Sheikh. What was supposed to be a vacation has turned into a nightmare. Neither the tour company, Tatilbudur.com, nor Tailwind Airlines is taking responsibility or communicating with us. Both companies have proven to be major disappointments. I intend to seek compensation for the financial losses I’ve incurred through legal means.
