Tailwind Flight Delayed by 18 Hours—No Communication or Support from Airline

On July 20, 2024, my Tailwind flight to Sharm El Sheikh, scheduled for 7:00 AM, was delayed by 18 hours and rescheduled to 1:00 AM. Throughout this ordeal, we were unable to reach any Tailwind representatives for information or assistance. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating, especially with such a long delay.

We booked this vacation through Jolly Tur, but they are refusing to take any responsibility for the situation. Both Tailwind and Jolly Tur's lack of support have made this experience extremely stressful. I expect Tailwind and Jolly Tur to address this issue promptly, provide clear communication, and offer appropriate compensation for this significant delay and inconvenience.
