T-Mobile Disregards Trade-in Credits
I am writing to express my displeasure with T-Mobile's service, which my wife and I have been experiencing for some time. We have been committed clients for more than six years, however there is a major issue with our trade-in credits. In December of 2023, we exchanged our old phones for new ones, anticipating a $700 credit applied to each line. Unfortunately, none of these credits have been applied within the last four months. Customer care has apologized and promised to fix the issue each time when we phone, but the credits never come through. We feel ignored and irritated by T-Mobile because of their lack of follow-up. It's not right that we've wasted resources attempting to fix a problem that never should have happened. We are quite dissatisfied with T-Mobile's response to this issue and are calling for a swift resolution.
