T-Mobile Autopay Change Issue

For almost two years, T-Mobile has been my go-to GSM provider. Lately, however, I find it unsatisfactory. I am extremely frustrated with T-Mobile's most recent policy change. Customers are now required to use a debit or bank account for Autopay in order to receive T-Mobile's $7/month/line discount, as credit cards are no longer accepted. This contradicts their earlier promise of prioritizing the customer and maintaining consistent pricing. In a previous statement, the CEO of the company expressed their commitment to empowering their customers. We prioritize the importance of clear communication and fairness. This recent change goes against their commitment and is misleading, similar to a deceptive marketing tactic. I'm considering switching to a different cellular provider.
