I Cancelled AI Catch Subscription but Still Charged

I downloaded the AI Catch Video Generator app from the App Store to try it out and started a subscription. On January 31 at 10:20 AM, a charge of $14 was made to my card. I only downloaded the app for testing purposes, created just one image, did not like it, and was not satisfied with the app overall. I also did not realize that such a high amount would be charged.
As soon as I noticed this, I submitted a cancellation request through the App Store subscriptions section. It now shows that the subscription will end on February 6. Although the subscription appears to be canceled, it is clear that I am still being charged for a one-week period, which I find extremely frustrating.
I request that this subscription to the AI Catch Video Generator app be terminated immediately and that the $14 charged to my card be fully refunded. Otherwise, I am considering filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
