Swarovski Delivered Damaged Product and Has Not Issued Refund as Promised

The product I purchased from Swarovski arrived broken. The packaging was extremely careless—almost as if it had been sent by a food courier. I was told that my issue would be resolved immediately and that I would receive a refund as soon as possible. However, I have been waiting for a week, and no refund has been issued, nor has any compensation been offered that reflects the standards of the brand. It is truly disappointing that such a large company would cause this level of inconvenience.
