Swarovski Birthday Discount Complaint

I have been a Swarovski member for nearly two years, and during this time I have made several purchases through your website. Although my date of birth is September 28, 2000, I have never received a birthday discount email, coupon, or any similar benefit throughout my membership.
Despite being a member and having a purchase history, not being able to take advantage of the birthday discount has been disappointing. I request that you check why my membership details and birthday information are not recognized by your system, correct any error or missing information if there is one, and assign my birthday discount accordingly. I have reviewed all the emails I received, and none of them include a birthday coupon.
I kindly ask to be informed about this issue and for my membership to be updated properly so that I do not experience a similar problem again.
