Snapchat Age Restriction Problem — Can’t Create Public Profile

My Snapchat account has an incorrect date of birth — it was accidentally changed to November 15, 2008, while my actual date of birth is November 15, 2000. This change occurred on November 1, 2025, through my Android device.

My Snapchat username is rüzgar_AKB. Because of this wrong birth date, I can no longer create a public profile and have restricted access to certain features. I also have an active Snapchat+ subscription. My registered phone number starts with 59.

I request that Snapchat correct my date of birth and restore full access to my account features. I ask that this issue be resolved promptly, as it’s preventing me from using my account normally.
