Starbucks Did Not Add My 15 Birthday Stars to My Account This Year

Every year on my birthday, 15 stars were automatically added to my Starbucks account as a reward. However, this year, even though my birthday was on September 18, no stars were credited to my account. My registered email address is f***@gmail.com.

I contacted Starbucks customer service to resolve the issue, but I never received any response. Not receiving the birthday reward that had been regularly granted for years has left me disappointed and inconvenienced.

I am requesting that the 15 birthday stars be credited to my account as promised.
