I Had to Pick Up My Wooden Cabinets Myself Because Sürat Kargo Did Not Deliver

I just had a really disappointing experience with Sürat Kargo. I paid for delivery to my address, but the product was never brought to my door. If I had known that Sürat Kargo was the shipping company before making my purchase, I would have certainly decided against it. While other shipping companies reliably deliver to my home without any problems, Sürat Kargo has declined to do the same. I ordered two wooden cabinets, and instead of having them delivered, I was instructed to pick them up from the branch myself. I had to go as far as hiring a transport vehicle at my own cost just to pick up my order. I am truly disappointed by the lack of care and professionalism displayed throughout this process. It’s baffling to provide a delivery service when you don’t follow through with the actual delivery. This experience has completely shattered my confidence in Sürat Kargo.
