Sürat Kargo Never Loaded My Order and Marked It as Undeliverable After 10 Days
After receiving the message "Your product will be delivered today" from Sürat Kargo, I found out that the product hadn't even been loaded onto the delivery vehicle. When I called customer service, they continuously created complaint forms but never actually solved the issue, just closing the forms without any resolution. When I called the branch, they told me that they sent the message just to close the day’s operations. In other words, the branch is covering itself by making excuses like "the product was out for delivery but you weren't home," even though the package never actually left for delivery. (By the way, I work from home and never leave, so there's no issue with me not being home.) After 10 days, they marked my product as "undeliverable" and returned it. From now on, if I place an order and see that the shipping company is Sürat Kargo, I will cancel the order, even if the product is free, just to avoid dealing with this company.
