Sürat Kargo Lost My Package and Refused to Deliver or Refund My Money
My package has not been delivered to me for two weeks. The estimated delivery time has passed by nearly two weeks. When I try to contact Sürat Kargo’s customer service, I cannot reach them. Their customer service fails to do its job. When I enter my tracking code, it shows that my package is at the transfer center, but when I contact the branch, they tell me that my package has not yet reached the transfer center. Sürat Kargo is a company that lost my package. Sürat Kargo represents irresponsibility, not trust. I demand a refund of my money and for the Sürat Kargo company to shut down, as they make money by misleading people. Sürat Kargo, with its service, managers, and staff, is deceitful!
Progress
My package is lost. They said they would get back to me, but they haven't. Customer service said they would inform me about my package within three days, but I have not received any response. This is nothing but stalling. I think they are doing this because I will ask for my money back. Please contact me, I am tired of this situation.
