Sürat Kargo Refused to Deliver My Baby Diaper Order to My Door after I Gave Birth
I ordered some baby diapers online, and they were sent through Sürat Kargo. The delivery guy told me that they would just drop the package off downstairs. A new mom who just had a baby had to go downstairs to grab her delivery, even though it was tough for her. But she couldn't bring it back up by herself. This is totally not okay. The courier should have brought the package right to the door, especially given the situation. This is the best service I've ever had with any courier company. I'm really let down that Sürat Kargo didn't stick to good delivery practices. I thought a delivery service would do better than this.
Last week, I encountered the same problem again. The courier said the delivery would not be made to my apartment but would be left at the building entrance. In other words, everyone has started to change their delivery duties, and they are after making unfair profits.
