Sürat Kargo Couriers' Dismissive Attitude
I've encountered ongoing issues with Sürat Kargo couriers, particularly in Samsun Çarşamba. The delivery person doesn't ask for codes, avoids eye contact, and remains unresponsive to inquiries. During a recent delivery, out of two simultaneous shipments, only one was handed over, leaving the other behind, with the courier mentioning vague reasons. This is not an isolated incident, as similar problems have persisted in the past three years. Recently, the courier left a package a few steps away from the door, a recurring inconvenience.
I'm on the third floor with no elevator, which might contribute to their behavior, yet it has become excessively bothersome. While these may seem like minor issues, the consistent problems have made receiving packages a frustrating experience. The courier's demeanor often conveys an attitude of inconvenience, making the overall delivery experience unpleasant.
