Sürat Kargo Has Delayed My Package at Transfer Center for Four Days

Sürat Kargo has been holding my package at the İkitelli transfer center for the past four days with no movement. Although the delivery date is marked as today, the package is still stuck in the same location. I tried contacting customer service but couldn't get a clear response. The delay has become exhausting, and I'm genuinely surprised by how long it's taking. I expect my package to be delivered to me as soon as possible. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I'm hoping for a prompt resolution.
