Sürat Kargo Kept My Valuable Package at Transfer Center for Days

My package has been stuck at the Maltepe Transfer Centre for days now, and it was supposed to arrive in just one day in Istanbul. I'm fed up with waiting, especially because the item is important and I handed it over to the courier expecting it to arrive on time. This hold-up is stressing me out and it's also a hassle for the sender, who’s dealing with the same issues. I’ve noticed a lot of people talking about the same issues, and it makes me curious why these problems keep happening. I need a solution right away. It's not right to put customers in this situation, and I really hope Sürat Kargo steps up and fixes this problem for good.
