I bought something from İdefix, and ever then it has been only hassle. My package has vanished ten days ago, and Sürat Kargo has been utterly useless. They seem to hardly give my circumstances any thought at all. They simply pass me from one person to another, never providing a straight response every time I phone their customer service. Even emailing their Solution Center, I have not heard anything at all. Like chatting to a stone wall. Not one package, not one refund, and not one fix in view. I feel as like I have been left dangling from this entire encounter; it has been taxing. Unless you want to be left struggling like I am, I highly suggest not utilizing Sürat Kargo.
