I Was Humiliated by Staff at the Sürat Kargo Branch

I went to the Sürat Kargo Bahçeşehir branch. When they realized I wasn't one of their regular customers, they rudely said, "Open the box, we'll see what's inside." I explained that it was a cardboard sample and that I had packed it in front of them. Still, they replied, "How do I know you didn't put something else inside?" I said, "Then call the police, let them open it. If there's something illegal inside, I'm right here—report me and have me arrested." Other customers inside began to speak up too, saying, "You've handled so many shipments without acting like this. You have no right to treat people this way. How can you accuse a customer?" Then the branch manager arrived and said, "I'm F***** A****, the manager of Sürat Kargo Bahçeşehir. I'm not accepting your shipment—go complain to whoever you want." I have never experienced such treatment and humiliation in my life. I will never again use Sürat Kargo, a company that employs such people and mistreats its customers.
