Sürat Kargo Refused to Issue a Damage Report and Blocked My Return Request

The package I ordered through Çiçek Sepeti was delivered to me via Sürat Kargo. However, the product was damaged when it arrived. I wanted to return the product and created a return code through Çiçek Sepeti. I was informed by Çiçek Sepeti that I needed to have a damage report prepared for the product; otherwise, I would not be eligible for a refund. I went to Sürat Kargo's branch to get the report, but the employees there refused to prepare it. They didn’t explain why, simply saying, "I won’t prepare the report," and then forced me to leave the branch. I had no choice but to leave. The staff at the branch spoke in an aggressive and confrontational manner, escalating the tension. I spoke with two employees inside. During my second interaction, a male employee stood up and said, "I won’t prepare this report," and forced me to leave the branch. I demand the dismissal of the employees at this branch.
