Sürat Kargo Shipping Mishaps


Hello there, Sürat Kargo is causing quite a bit of trouble for online sellers with their lack of responsibility. On 02.04.2024, after noticing a lack of progress in the shipment handled at the Tekstilkent branch for several days, I decided to reach out to the destination branch for an update. They claimed that there is no record of it. They informed us that it is located in the İkitelli transfer. When I called the Beydağı branch later, they informed me that they had returned the cargo to the seller instead of sending it, and advised them to "notify the website and cancel the order." I inquired, "Are you certain?" and they responded with unwavering confidence, "Indeed." This kind of thoughtless and reckless behavior is simply not acceptable. If you're unable to handle basic tasks like checking a tracking number and taking appropriate action, perhaps it's best to consider a different line of work and avoid causing unnecessary frustration for others. You have consistently been a source of trouble, and this latest incident is simply unacceptable.
