Sürat Kargo, a company that boldly advertises “1-day delivery,” has failed to deliver a local shipment within 3 days—and it’s still not here. They received the package on April 9 and now have the audacity to claim delivery will happen on April 14. A package traveling within Istanbul could have arrived faster on foot! And here's the real scandal: For two days straight, they’ve been sending fake “out for delivery” messages. When I called the branch (just 350 meters away), they told me the package was redirected to another branch. That second branch marked it as “recipient not available” without even attempting delivery. Absolutely disgraceful. If you don’t plan to deliver on a specific day, why lie to customers with fake notifications? People wait all day at home, glued to their phones, expecting a call or a doorbell that never comes. This isn’t just bad service—it’s straight-up deception. To the DOLAP platform: Please reconsider your partnership with Sürat Kargo. This company is completely unprofessional, unreliable, and unaccountable. Their shipping policies are a mess, their branches act arbitrarily, and their communication is misleading at best.
