Sürat Kargo Delayed My Order for Over a Week
The order I placed on August 10 through the Dolap application was given to Sürat Kargo on August 12. On August 12, it came to Esenyurt transfer, and from there it came to Maltepe transfer on August 13. It was kept there until August 17th. The reason is not clear, I am sure they will say there is density if you ask. Then I called the cargo company and made a complaint. Then on Saturday, August 17, at 13:10, a message came that your delivery was taken out for distribution and no one came. I Had to be at home all day, saying that he came and he would come. Today is Monday, August 19, and my cargo has not been taken out for distribution again. It appears at the delivery branch. I do not believe that it was already distributed on Saturday. Sürat Kargo is the worst cargo company in my opinion. I will also complain about the closet company from here. The fact that such a widely used application works with such a different cargo company seriously reduces customers. I want my cargo to be delivered urgently!
